Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 01904 625971 for appointments in Easingwold, Harrogate, Selby and Yorks or 01302 347444 for appointments in Leeds, and let us know as soon as possible. We can then offer you another appointment.
The earlier you let us know, the sooner we can offer offer the empty appointment to someone else in need of our services.
Appointments cancelled at less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a £15.00 cancellation charge per session.
Circumstances of genuine emergency or illness will be taken into account.
